Gamers are renowned for blaming their poor, in game performances on their wifi connection, so we set out to win over skeptics with a supercharged tournament powered by Sky Broadband.

We sourced two esports squads of UK excuse makers through social and pitted them against each other in a super reliable gaming arena.

The campaign was fronted by streaming giants Vikkstar and Calfreezy who went head-to-head as squad captains and live-streamed the event to their Youtube and Twitch audiences. We even enlisted the support of CoD-caster Bricey and Sky Sports’ favourite pundit Chris ‘Kammy’ Kamara to provide commentary.
